Kathryn grew up on stage, dancing for 16 years and brings her knowledge of the body and what it is capable of into her practice. She has a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Western Kentucky University.

Kathryn truly believes in the power of healing through human connection and her mission is to help others feel seen, loved and enough.

  • Text (206)889.3506 that you have arrived. Make yourself at home in the lobby until we are ready for you. We will meet you at the second set of doors.

  • Something comfortable! Most wear leggings, sweatpants, basketball shorts and a tee. Socks are optional.

  • An open mind.

    Most bring a change of socks, although it is not necessary.

  • Ideally, total relaxation. While FST is passive and the goal is to be pain free, you may feel tightness in your fascia as we seek to help provide relief.

    We always say, if you are in pain, we are doing it wrong. If we are in pain, we are doing it wrong.

    How you feel during and after your session is the most important.

  • You may be sore, which is completely normal and expected. It can generally last around 2 days.

  • Lots of water and rest! Drink lots of water the day of and the day after your session. Try to drink half of your body weight in ounces (example: 50 pounds body weight = 25 ounces of water).

    We recommend relaxing the day of your session. Practitioner's orders to take a nap.

  • There is designated parking in front of the building.

  • We recommend a minimum of 2 times a month to ensure we are keeping you at your best.

    However - your schedule, budget, activities and life is unique to you. Your stretching sessions will be too.

    You and your practitioner will create a custom schedule and plan to make sure you are able to achieve your goals while being aligned with your life demands.
